Secured Loan

If you would like to apply for a secured loan, please complete and submit the application form below.

Personal loans available from £7,500 to £250,000

We have loans for all situations, even if you have been declined in the past.
Council Right to Buys within pre-emption period. No problem.
Secured loans can be used against a Buy to Let property up to 85%.
No upper age limits and terms to suit.
For loans under £25,001 maximum redemption penalty of one month interest.
Can lend up to 125% of property value and 100% on a self-cert basis.
Your client remains your client not ours. Guaranteed.

Better rates are available for people who can secure loans against assets such as property. If this is not possible, then an unsecured personal loan is an option.

What term do you want the loan to be for? A longer term will mean cheaper monthly payments, a shorter term will be more money on a monthly basis but the loan will be repaid that much quicker.

Review your options before taking out secured loans. Remember there are other ways of solving money requirements such as re-mortgaging or simply cutting back on expenditure. When reviewing your options be sure not to compare a secured loan with an unsecured one.

If you have adverse credit, then a secured loan will be the way forward. The rates will be higher but the estimated risk is higher. If you are comparing various rates and you have adverse or bad credit then there is little point comparing them to non adverse rates. A secured loan will be cheaper than an unsecured loan and an adverse loan. Compare only like for like.

As far as speed is concerned, many loans under #25,000 come under a regulated cooling off period requirement under the Consumer Credit Act, this time can be used to search and review other options etc. Loans above #25,000 can be done in a much shorter period of time. Naturally if most of the process can be done online that will speed things up a lot.

Naturally check details before signing and make sure you can afford payments as penalties can be strong for defaults and it is possible to lose your property. Another point to consider is Payment Protection should you get into problems with your repayments the payment protection plan will cover them.
